Heidal cheese Formost, 750 grams

This is our "stase cheese". It has been one of the prides of Heidølane since it was first produced at the old cheese factory. It is a strong symbol of Norwegian culture and tradition, and we greatly appreciate being able to pass this on to the next generation. We are the only producer in the country of this pre-cheese. This is used especially for Christmas and as gifts the rest of the year. A local woodcarver has shoe molds in which the cheese is stuffed.
